There are many ways to get healthy, my goal is to work with all types of people and build a network in the community that can provide access to resources for more people to embrace healthy lifestyles through fitness. Our society isn’t giving us the proper guidance to healthy eating choices with inflation along with natural food sources not being easily accessible. Nutrition has many components as well as lifestyle habits all in which flows together to give you a structured picture of health. Moderation with consistency and discipline equals results that will ensure you a successful healthy fitness journey through life. Meditation has been proven to be a  good calming practice that helps us make better food choices along with intermittent fasting. Clear mind and body allows you to release toxins and allows our metabolic rate to increase and generate a strong robust immunity system. It would be very hard to create overall mental and physical health without the proper nutritional intake and an active physical fitness lifestyle.

Marc Bullock

Coach & Trainer
My name is Marc Bullock, founder of Fitnu ( fitness in you). I have been an athlete since the age of seven years old when I discovered a love for dancing, basketball, football and boxing.
 
The art of motion and movement through sports was so attractive to me. It made me really discover myself early in life, it allowed me to really understand how important fitness and overall  wellness worked hand in hand. I worked hard through my young teenage life aspiring to be a top athlete and pursuing my vision of fitness and what it meant to me. At the age of 20 yrs old I became a professional  licensed personal trainer, this allowed me to learn more in depth how the body functions within different training programs, proper techniques and safe practices. 


Along my fitness journey for over 25 years I have managed gyms, built gyms, developed fitness coaching teams and most importantly I’ve continued my education in fitness and wellness to remain a student of over health. I have learned a lot through the years in a forever changing climate of health and fitness, to understand the mind is the pathway to understanding our body. My wish is to help as many people as possible unlock their true potential, goals and dreams through the body, mind and soul connectivity through fitness movement, nutrition and healthy life habits.
